Since school got out I have been walking about 5 miles a day and doing yoga/pilates for about 30 minutes each day. My goal is to lose about 8 more pounds before my class reunion the end of July! (I am trying the South Beach Diet).
Funny question...I'm one of those people that seems to start a new workout routine and drops out after awhile. Bad, I know. My blog is actually going to be about my goal to complete a 5K in a few months! (Or at the least, be able to walk a mile or two without feeling like I'm going to die!) :)

ReplyDeleteRide my horse atleast 2-3 times per week and have just purchased "Zumba for the Wii" so hoping to get a little more fit. :)
