Exercise of the Week

This week choose something unconventional to do as an exercise.  Walk the stairs at your house for 30 minutes 3days a week.  Do jumping jacks during the commercials when you are watching TV.  What can you come up with?  Give me some ideas!

  1. I know this sounds crazy, but I used to hulahoop while watching tv. I figure that's one way to somewhat get an ab workout in a fun way!

  3. I spent a lot of time on the computer this past week. So, to take a few breaks I did push-ups and some yoga stretches.

  4. Have been using our exercise bike (Golds Gym - slanted back - unsure of proper name) at 18 to 20 min intervals. Working to keep those legs in shape :)
