I know this sounds crazy, but I used to hulahoop while watching tv. I figure that's one way to somewhat get an ab workout in a fun way!
Hey I could do this really easy. Might even try stretches to sharpen the waistline???? Thanks for the tip.
I spent a lot of time on the computer this past week. So, to take a few breaks I did push-ups and some yoga stretches.
Have been using our exercise bike (Golds Gym - slanted back - unsure of proper name) at 18 to 20 min intervals. Working to keep those legs in shape :)
